PhD. Roberto Hernandez has helped several companies in transforming into the Lean-Mentality and, by doing so, succeed in satisfying their customers which translates into profitability and continuous improvement.
With over 35 years of manufacturing experience and spending half of that time in chief staff positions, his focus always remained on the shop floor, which is key to the success of this program.
In the field of training he differentiates by his customed and hands-on style, as he learned from his mentor Sensei Sugai San, throughout 10 years of working with each other.
